"THE RAINBOW MOTEL"
This portrait series explores the art of visual storytelling through character posters, inspired by a written whodunnit mystery. My goal is to communicate each character’s personality to the audience without the need for accompanying text. By withholding the full narrative, I invite viewers to engage more deeply with the visuals, interpreting the characters and their roles based on color association, styling, and titling. This approach encourages the audience to piece together the mystery themselves, making them active participants in the story’s unraveling rather than passive receivers of information.
